Shipping policy

Sand Archivio is operating from Germany, Berlin, and will arrange shipping to every corner of the world, using: DHL GoGreen and UPS.

Time of delivery depends on your country of residence. Sand Archivio aims to process and post your order within 5 working days. Please beware of local import charges (customs duty and taxes) that may occur when you’re shopping from outside a non-EU country. 

All shipments will be insured. Track & Trace information will be provided via email upon dispatch.

Zone 1 (Germany) - 7 EUR
Zone 2 (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, England, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain) - 20 EUR
Zone 3 (Andora, Balearus, Georgia, Liechtenstein, Norway, Monaco, Montenegro, San Marino, Ukraine, Vatican) - 40 EUR
Zone 4 (Rest of World) - 50 EUR 

RETURNS

Sand Archivio has a 14 day return policy for online orders, please contact us at info@sandarchivio.com with your order number. We’ll be happy to take the goods back. Please return products as you received them, unworn and in original packaging. Customs duties, sales tax on imports, as well as shipping costs, will not be refunded in case of return. 

Once we receive your package, please allow 5 business days for your return to be processed. Your refund will be credited back to the original form of payment.

Please note that we are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages.
